Support

Email support@toshakapp.com from the email address on your account and we'll reply as soon as we can. In the app you can also go to Profile → Contact support.

Report a message or a person

Press and hold a message, or tap a person's name, and choose Report. Moderators review every report. You can also Block someone so they can't message you.

Safety

If someone is in danger, call your local emergency number first. To report child exploitation or another urgent safety issue, email safety@toshakapp.com.

Appeals

If you think a moderator made a mistake, email appeals@toshakapp.com within 30 days. A different person will review it.

Your account and data

You can delete your account at any time. For privacy questions or a copy of your data, email privacy@toshakapp.com.
