Delete your Toshak account

In the app

1. Open Toshak and tap Profile.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Without the app

Email privacy@toshakapp.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address on your account (or include the phone number you sign in with). We'll confirm it's you before deleting.

What is deleted

• Your profile, messages, voice notes, photos, listings, events and reviews are deleted within 30 days. Copies in backups are deleted within 90 days.
• Reports, moderation and ban records are kept for up to 2 years to prevent abuse and ban evasion.
• We keep information longer only when the law requires it or to resolve a dispute or legal claim.
